CAST YOUR VOTE AT HOMEBOY INDUSTRIES!
YOUR VOTE IS YOUR VOICE.
Homeboy Industries was selected for the effort as part of the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk’s, “Voting Solutions for All People” (VSAP) Flex Program which expands voting options for geographically isolated populations and ensures that voters with distinct needs, can cast their ballot.
On Wednesday, October 28 from 10 AM – 4 PM, Homeboy Industries will be a voting center with secure election voting machines and an official ballot box for drop-offs. Homeboy Industries will be supported by two L.A. County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk Office representatives and provide voters all of the services and equipment found in traditional voting locations. Open to the public, this event will allow all Los Angeles residents to 1) cast a ballot 2) drop off a mail-in ballot at an official drop box and 3) engage in Conditional Voter Registration where residents can both register and cast a conditional ballot on the same day.
In response to COVID-19, the site will also ensure voter safety and have social distancing guidelines in place.
