Step into Homeboy Industries’ offices and you’ll find it bursting with activity–Homeboys, Homegirls, trainees, and staff members–all attending to the important business of changing lives. Among them are the 100+ long-term volunteers who keep Homeboy industries going. Lawyers, teachers, therapists, social workers, and medical professionals all take time out of their busy schedules to offer their services pro bono.
