Early Registration: On or before May 15 for $300 per person.
Regular Registration: From May 16 to July 31 for $350 per person.
Late Registration: August 1 to August 6 for $375 per person.
- Cancellations made on or before July 15th, will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be given for cancellation requests made after the July 15th date.
- Cancellation requests must include the following information: Registrant’s First and Last Name, Email Address, amount paid and last four digits of credit card used to pay registration.

HOTEL INFO: A limited number of rooms, through a courtesy block at the Biltmore Millennium, will be made available for $188 + tax per night.
