We will change the way the world views, judges and treats those most marginalized and demonized by society – formerly gang-involved and previously incarcerated men and women. By our daily work and commitment to facilitating healing in a trusting, loving community, we will demonstrate to the world a new way forward.

Homeboy Industries will achieve the 2030 Ambition by trusting what our team has learned in a practice developed over three decades. Every strategic goal in our plan is guided by our three core insights.

STAND – We stand with the demonized so that the demonizing will stop, allowing the world to see individuals who are sons and daughters, mothers and fathers, brothers and sisters – without judgement.

HEAL – We believe that healing happens in an irresistible culture of relational tenderness, providing a haven for people to discover and inhabit their authentic selves and become whole.

INVEST – We believe that investing in every homeboy and homegirl’s future will provide them opportunities for personal, professional and financial growth through programs, services and support that reduce barriers to employment.
