We are humbled and excited to share that Homeboy Industries has been awarded the 2020 Conrad N. Hilton Humanitarian Prize!
The Hilton Humanitarian Prize is the world’s largest humanitarian prize presented to a nonprofit organization judged to have made extraordinary contributions toward alleviating human suffering.
To date, the Hilton Foundation has awarded $36.5 million to nonprofit organizations around the world. As the recipient of the 2020 Prize, our organization will receive $2.5 million in unrestricted funding which will be used to expand our mission.
This is a moment that recognizes our 32-year journey in the service of compassion and healing for vulnerable populations, and our role as a global leader inspiring change around the world.
